This method root the S3 by .apk application "Framaroot" which install "Superuser" and su binary.
"Framaroot" is compatible with more devices (galaxy S2, S3, Note 1, Note 2, Note 8.0, Camera, Tab Plus, Note 10.1, ...) (Check list below)

Backup your data first
- Download and install "Framaroot.apk" (Link below)
- Select which app you like (Superuser or SuperSU) or unroot.
